A non-refundable deposit of £100 for each course week is required to reserve your space, with the balance due 7 days before the start date of your course.
In the case of any Futuretrain course a deposit of £600 or £1300 is payable dependant on your chosen option.
Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer.
Cheques to be made payable to The Construction Training Centre
A letter confirming the start date of your course will be sent on receipt of your deposit.
The fee covers the use of all tools and materials required for your course.
You will be required to bring protective hard boots.
Protective gloves, glasses and ear protection, if required, will be provided
Cancellation of your course: Fees excluding deposits are refundable if written cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to your course start date, otherwise the full fee becomes payable.
If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances a new date may be offered at the discretion of The Construction Training Centre and will be within 12 months of your initial course booking
Should you have to change your course you will be charged an administration fee of £20, provided we have at least 7 days notice. The deposit remains non-refundable. We will only move your course once. A new date may be offered at the discretion of The Construction Training Centre
If you start your course and fail to attend part or all of the scheduled training days without proper notice or communication with the centre then we reserve the right to collect any outstanding balances.
Please ensure that you are able to attend the complete course, as once your course has started, it cannot be completed at a later date.
Once you have confirmed your booking we will give you 12 months from the receipt of your deposit to complete your course/s.
The Construction Training Centre reserves the right to alter booking arrangements if deemed necessary and has the right to refuse any application.
The Construction Training Centre cannot be held responsible for accommodation. Any information provided is to assist in your search for accommodation. You are responsible for your own booking and payment.
